Legal indemnities are commonly required by home owners, solicitors, property owners and developers, especially when involved in conveyancing transactions. They can cover risks such as lack of planning consent indemnity insurance, defective title indemnity, or restrictive covenant along with more common requirements such as chancel repair liability* or contaminated land.
